Petroleum Coke Dryer/Rotary Dryer is also known as coke dryer, it can dry materials with moisture of 90% into finished products and it is dedicated drying equipment for the petroleum coke and other materials.
Principle of Petroleum Coke Dryer/Rotary Dryer
Petroleum Coke Dryer/Rotary Dryer uses the flue gas produced by Cowper stove, through the pipeline and high temperature induced draft fan, the high temperature flue gas can be sent into the blast furnace to pre-dry the coke and make the coke moisture down to 6% from 11% when it is sent into the furnace, thus can reduce the negative influence of the coke powder, coke moisture fluctuations to furnace and improve the gas heat value and temperature.
