Principle of Advanced Level Cone Crusher

When non-crushable materials go through the crushing chamber or the machine has over load due to some reasons, the spring protective system will realize protection and increase the discharging mouth, so that the non-crushable materials can be discharged from the crushing chamber. If the non-crushable materials get stuck in the discharging mouth, the clearance system will be started to continue to increase the discharging mouth to discharge the non-crushable materials. Under the effect of the spring, the discharging mouth will automatically reset and the machine will go back to normal work.
